We offer a range of finance options which are available on orders over £250. The total value of your shopping cart must be greater than this in order to apply for finance.
When you browse our website the available finance options are displayed on product pages, catagory pages & at the final stage of checkout. Certain products benefit from 0% finance offers, the term of the 0% offer is displayed within these pages and in our FINANCE CALCULATOR.
If you are purchasing multiple items with different 0% offers, the whole order will be eligible for the option with the longest 0% term (see "Checking Out & Applying for Finance").
Our website features two Finance Calculators, one on the product page (where eligible) and one at the final stage of checkout. The Finance Options provided on product pages are specific to that product, the Finance Options provided during checkout apply to the whole cart.
Once you have added products to your cart, you will need to checkout as normal on our website using V12 ONLINE FINANCE as the payment method when prompted.
Please be advised that finance orders must be delivered to the address you provide on your credit agreement. If you request a different delivery address during checkout it will be amended for you.
After you have completed your order on our website, you will be presented with the main Finance Calculator which displays the options available to your entire order.
IMPORTANT: Please select your Finance Term & Deposit carefully as you cannot change it later. The information you provide here will be passed on to V12 Retail Finance.
When you are happy with your finance selection, click "APPLY NOW" to be forwarded to V12 to complete your application.
Once you have submitted your details to V12, they will tell you if your application has been approved, referred or declined. This is usually instant, but can take up to 24hrs if they require information or need to perform additional checks.
If your Finance Application has been successful you will receive confirmation emails about your order and finance agreement separately. Please keep these emails and the documents included safe.
Your repayments will begin approximately 30 days after the date we dispatch your goods.
Additional information is provided in your finance agreement, which outlines the payment shedule, term and number of payments. Please follow the instructions in your V12 Retail Finance emails to retrieve your documents and read them thoroughly.
