5. These Terms shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of England.
6. Your personal data is only collected for purposes of administering this Offer. You consent to the use of your personal data for this purpose.
7. Signify shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to any event beyond its control.
8. You may not transfer or otherwise deal with any of your rights or obligations acquired under or in connection with these Terms.
9. Signify reserves the right to vary or withdraw the Offer at any time with immediate effect, including in the event of fraudulent behaviour.
10. Buy one Sonos Beam or two Sonos Ones (Gen 1 and Gen 2) (“ Eligible Sonos Product(s) ”) between 28 August and 24 September 2019 from participating Sonos Authorised Retailers, either online or in store, (“Participating Retailers”) and claim your free Philips Hue mini starter kit (“ Philips Hue Starter Kit ”) from 28 August 2019 to 31 October 2019.
11. Eligible Sonos Product(s) must be purchased in a single transaction and a maximum of three offers can be claimed by one customer. Single Sonos One purchases do not qualify for this Offer.
12. This Offer cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, discounts or incentives.
13. To claim the Philips Hue Starter Kit please email Sonos.Hue@luzernsolutions.com with your purchase receipt as an attachment. This attachment needs to clearly show your Sonos purchase, the name of the Participating Retailer and the date of the transaction.
14. Validation will happen within 10 working days of sending this email.
a. If approved, you’ll receive an email confirming your coupon code to redeem your free Philips Hue starter kit. Use your coupon code at www.store.meethue.com/gb/sonos
b. If your claim is declined, you will also be contacted with any appropriate next steps.
15. Claims made after the closing date will not be valid.
16. Signify reserves the right to substitute the Philips Hue Starter Kit with an alternative product of equal value.
17. No cash alternative will be offered and no correspondence will be entered into.
