Using the same body type as the rest of Ortofon's instantly recognisable OM series, this model is a great accompaniment to your entry-level hi-fi set-up.
The OM 3E is a magnetic cartridge (MM) with an elliptical shaped stylus that provides balanced and distortion-free playback for general purpose applications.
Please note, there is no direct replacement stylus for this unit; the nearest match is an Ortofon Stylus 5E and above. Any OM-series stylus will fit in this body, including the Stylus 78.
